Booking/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Confirmation
Once the completion of the tour is done, in terms of itineraries, payments, dates and scheduling, a confirmation mail will be sent by booking@wildindiatours.com, having detailed information regarding the planned tour.
For any inquiry or change in information, you may reply to the same mail, requesting the changes.
Payment Terms
Once the client confirms the itinerary, dates and cost offered by Wild India Tours, the user/customer is required to deposit 20% of the total calculated amount (known as Token Amount), within a week time period from the date of acceptance, or as otherwise stated. The confirmation mail will be sent to you, having detailed information regarding the planned tour after client deposits the advance payment.
The 80% of the total amount, due, should be paid, 90 days prior to the actual date of travel or as otherwise stated.
Amendments & Cancellation
Amendments in date:
This is exclusively subject to availability and this may also affect the total cost of the tour. Additional charges may apply, depending upon the scope of such changes. However, Wild India Tours doesn’t guarantee for the completion of any such requests.
Amendments in hotel:
The request for amendments in Hotels should be notified in writing to Wild India Tours, 14 days prior to the actual date of tour. Additional charges may apply, depending upon the scope of such changes. However, Wild India Tours doesn’t guarantee for the completion of any such requests.
Amendments in persons:
Any cancellations or amendment related to reducing the number of people will be taken into action as per the cancellation policy by Wild India Tours. Any person, major or minor, is liable to benefit from the company's cancellation policy to get the refund. However, the refund percentage will depend upon various factors.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any cancellation or any refund, whether of the token amount or the total cost will be guarded under this Policy, and any person will restore his or her benefits of cancellations under this policy exclusively.

Other Terms & Conditions
Wild India Tours, will not be liable for any unexceptional or uncertain death or accident during tour
The company will not be responsible for any civil or criminal liability arising from the third party. Also, any cost for that will not be borne by Wild India Tours.
Wild India Tours has authority to change and amend any right or benefit without any prior notification and shall be liable to all. There shall be no changes in Terms & Conditions of any kind, once the contract is completed with customer.
